The hotel “Vozdushnaya Gavan” is well known for many people as the hotel for crew, but it has revived the second birth and completely changed.

Registration
The reservation is twenty-four-hour! The application should be send per fax, e-mail no later than 1 day before accommodation date in the hotel (by individual accommodation) and no later than 10 days before the arrival (by the group accommodation).
In case of cashless payment for residence the application should be send per fax or e-mail no less than three working days before the arrival with a direction of full enterprise title and details, telephone number and fax for prepayment billings.
Attention! The arrival by cashless payment is possible only after 100% payment for first day of residence or for the full period of residence before arrival day.
The cancellation of reserved rooms is possible no later than 10 days before group arrival and no later than 24 hours before arrival by individual accommodation.
If a guest is one day late, he must pay for a room downtime (for twenty-four hours).Residence payment

There is following procedure of account with clients:
- If the residence is no more than 24 hours, the payment is for day, irrespective of check-out time
- If the residence is more than 24 hours, the payment in accordance with a check-out time – 12 hours of the current 24-hour period
- In a case of departure delay, the payment is collected in a following way:
- No more than 6 hours of check-out time (from 12 to 18 hours) hourly pay;
- From 6 to 12 hours after check-out time (from 18 to 24 hours) pay for half of 24-hour period;
3) more than 12 hours (from 24 to 12) for 24-hour period. - a client has a right to get repayment if he pays half price for residence in proportion to part of service rendered.
